Each member is given an alignment. The alignment of a member depends on questions that are answered when the player joins the guild, actions of the member, and decisions made by high ranking members. What the member wears, fighting styles, speech, and fighting tactics are all factors in determining alignment. Pking, stealing, abusing, annoying, or cheating characters will only get you removed from the guild and will not make you any darker.
These are the members who follow the path of virtue. Virtue members seek to better others in the world around them. Some virtue members wear clothes that show the colors of love and light to let the world know about their purpose. Many will be seen with a silver sword and shield of gold. These members can often be found at banks and other gatherings speaking with others and spreading wisdom to others.
This member has shown an interest in light. Whether he/she truly seeks the divine light is unknown. This member seems helpful and enjoys speaking with others.
This member seeks the divine light. Sworn to destroy the undead. This member seeks to help others in need and destroy all that is corrupt. Holy members are often seen adventuring with others.
The divine member is sworn to the path of virtue. Always seeking to better others and make the world a safer place. Undead don’t stand a chance against the divine as they will stop to destroy anything undead, even a shade or wraith that crosses the path of this divine being. Divine beings will often be seen riding unicorns or controlling white wyrms. Gold and Valorite are a common armor for Divine members.
Some members simply don't follow a path or have yet to choose. Many craftsman are to busy with tools and have not chosen a virtue. A neutral member will not receive a title for alignment and will only get the ranking title given to them by the Guild Masterof the guild.
These members have chosen to follow the path of darkness. They keep to them selves and venture alone. Dark beings are usually seen wearing black clothing or shadow armor. Killing whatever yields money and stopping only to help a guild mate. Many dark beings feel they have little time left to complete their tasks and often move with haste disregarding anything that seems unimportant. If you see a dark being stop, it is probably only to put his/her loot away or apply more poison to a kryss.
The stench of poison follows the death being. When viewing a death being at least one corpse can be found near. Death beings are often seen carrying a kryss dripping with acid, and wielding shadow armor and black death robes. Other death beings will be seen riding atop nightmares and controlling daemons and dragons. The death being fears nothing and cares only for his guild and his gold. Death beings always have fresh nightshade in a bag, ready for use.
